If you find yourself feeling unhappy or dissatisfied with your life, it can be helpful to take a step back and reflect on what may be contributing to these feelings. This may be due to a variety of factors, including mental health issues, difficult life circumstances, and unrealistic societal expectations about what constitutes a happy and successful life. Despite the fact that happiness is something that we can generate and that material possessions do not necessarily lead to greater happiness, many people still struggle to find contentment and satisfaction in their lives. In fact, the pursuit of material possessions can sometimes even detract from our happiness, as it can lead to comparison, envy, and a never-ending desire for more. While having enough money to meet basic needs and live a comfortable life can contribute to happiness, research suggests that once our basic needs are met, accumulating more material possessions does not necessarily lead to greater happiness. However, the relationship between material possessions and happiness is not entirely clear. In other words, it is something that we can generate and cultivate within ourselves through our thoughts, actions, and attitudes. While material possessions and external circumstances can bring temporary joy and pleasure, studies have shown that true, lasting happiness comes from within. Happiness is a complex and subjective emotion that can be influenced by a variety of factors. I'm married to a person who is beyond my prayers and imagination, and I'm living my best life possible.I like to do things with my hands, I love music, colors, funny and silly things.I speak six languages, and I struggled with differentiating right and left in all of them(: I also still struggle with some easy stuff like spoon and fork in Turkish. What I hate the most is disrespect, arrogance, and men who beat their wives.Thankfully I feel the opposite now, Alhamdulillah) I spent a big part of my life wishing that I had the choice of not living because I struggled and found it difficult to appreciate the beauty of life, it felt like a pointless struggle. (of course I was definitely not always like that. I can sometimes sit in an empty room with zero stimulation and still feel amazed.

What I love most about life, after family and friends is everything(: being alive in itself is mesmerizing. My biggest and deepest desire is to be able to smile on my deathbed, knowing that I lived and gave my all.It only seems fair you learn a little more about me, right?(: As a therapist/coach I have privileged access to your dreams, desires, fears and struggles.
